Factory dampers and non-dampened pulleys offer no protection to high performance engines. ATI Super Damper sport compact harmonic balancers provide the balanced dampening of torsional crankshaft vibrations at all rpm levels. The street versions have both OEM serpentine groove locations and are very close to OEM size. The smooth-shell race version dampers are designed for high performance race use.
