ATI 300M intermediate shafts are part of the company's extensive line of automatic transmission input shafts. Grade 300M is a high-strength, low alloy steel. Torsional input shafts work like a torsional spring bar, twisting and returning to totally eliminate breakage while reducing shock loads to the geartrain.
